These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "You") and H11 Systems Enterprises ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the H11X MetaCurrency platform, H11X Wallet, H11X Exchange, H11X Treasury, H11 Value Matrix, and associated smart contracts and web services.

1. Eligibility & User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your H11X Vault credentials, passwords, and cryptographic keys. Because H11X Vault uses client-side encryption, H11 Systems Enterprises cannot recover lost passwords or private keys.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful activity, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or unauthorized automated abuse.

2. Token Acquisition, Pricing & Finality of Sales

Finality of Sales Policy: All sales of digital tokens are final once the transaction is confirmed. We do not offer cash refunds for digital assets.

Base Reference & Valuation: The 1 H11X = 1.00 USD rate represents the protocol's internal base accounting reference governed by H11XPegOracle.sol and the H11 Value Matrix capability reserve. External fiat or stablecoin redemption requires verified counterparty liquidity or an active settlement rail receipt.
Payment Verification: Token claims submitted through the official H11 Systems Enterprises checkout gateway require a valid, unredeemed payment reference ID or verified on-chain transaction hash.

3. Virtual Digital Asset (VDA) Tax & Regulatory Compliance (India)

For users transacting in Indian Rupees (INR) or residing in India, digital tokens may be classified under applicable provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as Virtual Digital Assets (VDAs):

Section 115BBH (30% Tax on VDA Gains): Any income or gains arising from the transfer of Virtual Digital Assets are subject to tax at the rate of 30% (plus applicable surcharge and cess), without deduction for expenses other than cost of acquisition.
Section 194S (1% TDS): Where applicable, a 1% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) applies to consideration paid for the transfer of VDAs above statutory thresholds.
Merchant Category Compliance: Checkout gateways operated by H11 Systems Enterprises adhere to applicable payment aggregator guidelines and KYC/AML verification requirements. Users are solely responsible for reporting and remitting their applicable taxes.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

H11 Systems Enterprises reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to off-chain gateway APIs or claim processing if we detect fraudulent payment references, duplicate claim submissions, chargeback abuse, or violations of applicable law.

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any billing or token-credit discrepancy must be reported to support@h11.world within five (5) business days of the transaction, accompanied by the original payment receipt and destination wallet address.
Verified disputes are reviewed and resolved within 5–7 business days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Kerala, India.
