Risk Disclosure Statement
1. Understanding the 1 H11X = 1 USD Reference vs. External Fiat Reserves
- Internal Capability & Accounting Reference: H11X uses a base reference of
1 H11X = 1.00 USD(and a dynamic Matrix-Indexed USD valuation via the H11 Value Matrix) to price compute capacity, AI inference, bandwidth, storage, and ecosystem utility inside the H11X network. - Not a Bank Deposit or Sovereign Stablecoin: H11X is a capability-backed ecosystem utility and MetaCurrency token, not a bank deposit, money-market fund, or FDIC/RBI-insured fiat stablecoin. The 11,000,000,000 H11X Genesis Treasury Pool represents protocol token supply backed by network capability (`HXU`), not 11 billion USD sitting in a commercial bank account.
- External Redemption Boundary: As programmatically enforced across our public proof artifacts (
can_generate_external_money_from_nowhere: false), converting H11X into external fiat currency (USD/INR) or external crypto assets (USDT/ETH) requires active buyer demand, funded liquidity pools, or verified counterparty settlement receipts.
2. Liquidity & Market Volatility Risks
Secondary market liquidity for H11X may be thin or variable. External exchange prices may deviate from the internal 1.00 USD base reference or the H11 Value Matrix index depending on real-time supply, buyer demand, and available liquidity in external pools.
3. Smart Contract & Self-Custody Risks
While H11X smart contracts (H11XToken.sol, H11XPegOracle.sol) are open-source and verified by automated test suites, blockchain networks and client-side wallets carry inherent risks of software vulnerabilities, network congestion, irreversible transactions, and key loss.
4. Regulatory & Tax Risks
The regulatory treatment of digital tokens and VDAs continues to evolve across jurisdictions, including tax obligations (such as India's 30% VDA tax under Section 115BBH and 1% TDS under Section 194S) and payment gateway restrictions. Changes in laws or payment processor policies may affect the availability of fiat on-ramps or off-ramps.
5. Finality of Transactions
All sales of digital tokens are final once the transaction is confirmed. We do not offer cash refunds for digital assets.
