How the 1 H11X = 1 USD Base Reference Works (Peg & Reserve Mechanics)

Unlike opaque tokens that claim a price without explanation, H11X separates Internal Capability Accounting from Verified External Fiat/Crypto Reserves:

1. Dynamic Capability Backing (HXU & Value Matrix)

Inside the H11X ecosystem, 1 H11X = 1.00 USD is the base unit of account governed by H11XPegOracle.sol. It is backed by measurable infrastructure output—processed requests, latency reduction, bandwidth/storage delivered, compute hours, and verified cloud cost savings (quantified as HXU in /h11-value-matrix.json).

2. Proof of Reserves & External Settlement Boundary

The 11B H11X Treasury Pool is the genesis token reserve for capability issuance. External fiat (USD/INR) and stablecoin reserves are tracked strictly from verified buyer payments, bank receipts, and on-chain liquidity vaults. Anyone can audit the live reserve and validation ledger at /h11x-capability-reserve.json and /external-validation.json.
