H11 Systems Enterprises ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information processed when you use the H11X MetaCurrency platform (https://h11x.h11.world).
1. Information We Collect
- Public Wallet Addresses: H11X (`h11x:...`), H11XIE (`h11xie:...`), and external blockchain addresses provided for token claims, balance lookups, or settlement intents.
- Payment Verification References: Transaction IDs, receipt identifiers, and order amounts submitted when claiming H11X tokens via our payment processor.
- Technical Telemetry: Non-identifying HTTP request metrics, uptime counters, and API latency statistics published in aggregate via `/metrics` and `/proof/operational.json`.
2. What We Never Collect or Expose
- We never transmit, store, or publish unencrypted private keys, seed phrases, or vault passwords on our public servers.
- User vault sessions created in the H11X Vault module are encrypted locally in your browser (`localStorage`) using WebCrypto (`PBKDF2` + `AES-GCM`).
3. How We Use Information
- To verify payment references and credit H11X tokens to your designated wallet address.
- To maintain an immutable audit trail for regulatory, tax (including Indian VDA compliance where applicable), and anti-fraud verification.
- To publish anonymized, cryptographic operational proofs on the H11X Proof Console.
4. Third-Party Payment Processors
When you click the Pay button to complete a transaction via Razorpay (`razorpay.me/@h11systemsenterprises`), your payment card, UPI, or banking details are processed directly by Razorpay under their respective privacy and PCI-DSS security policies. H11 Systems Enterprises only receives the resulting payment confirmation and reference ID.
5. Data Retention & Your Rights
Transaction audit logs are retained as required by applicable financial and tax regulations. You may clear your local browser wallet cache at any time, or contact us at support@h11.world for inquiries regarding your off-chain payment claim records.
